Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

UK Delivery

Free standard UK delivery on orders over £60, arriving in 2-4 working days. Orders under that threshold are charged a flat rate of £3.99.

International Delivery

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand to international shipping soon, check back for updates.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you check out.
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking link.
Track your parcel directly through the courier's website using that link.
No movement for more than 5 business days? Message us at ldnxsinai@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it up.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries are delayed by circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather or peak-season courier volume. We will always let you know if we are expecting a delay on your order.

Lost Or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but it has not reached you, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at ldnxsinai@gmail.com with your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the parcel and contents. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
