Refund policy

The Basics

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return it for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and have all original tags attached. Return shipping is free for UK orders.

How To Start A Return

1. Email ldnxsinai@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We will send you a returns label and instructions within one business day.
3. Pack the item with its original tags and any packaging, and drop it off at the specified courier point.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Mention it when you start your return and we will ship the replacement as soon as the original item is on its way back to us, no need to pay twice.

What Cannot Be Returned

• Items marked Final Sale at checkout
• Worn, washed or altered items
• Items missing their original tags
• Pierced jewellery and swimwear, for hygiene reasons

International Returns

Customers outside the UK are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund for parcels that do not arrive back with us.
